Shipping policy

Order Processing - At Riders Patch, every order is made just for you. As a made-to-order business, each item is custom-printed to reduce waste and make sure every product is as unique as your favorite motorcycle. Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 days of being placed. All our products are printed and shipped in the U.S.

 

Shipping Times - Once your order ships, delivery within the United States typically takes 5-7 days. If you're in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories, please allow a few extra days. We appreciate your patience, sometimes good things take time! Shipping times may vary slightly due to holidays, weather, or courier delays.

 

Shipping Costs - Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. 


Shipping Promotions -
We occasionally offer limited-time free shipping promotions for all orders. If a promo is active, it will be clearly stated at the top of our website or at checkout. No code needed unless otherwise specified.



Tracking Your Order - 
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow its progress every step of the way. If you don’t receive tracking details within 5 days, please reach out to us at support@riderspatch.com. We’re always here to help! 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages - We’re dedicated to making sure your items arrive safe and sound. In the unlikely event your package hasn’t arrived on time, don’t worry! Reach out, and we’ll gladly help track it down. While courier delays or address errors are outside our control, we’ll work closely with you to resolve any issues. we’ll do everything we can to set things right.
