When the shirts we ordered arrived, they were unfortunately too small. I let them know in a reply email requesting feedback. To my surprise, I was emailed back immediately with the offer to replace them FOR FREE and no need to return the small shirts. The communication and customer service are exceptional! I highly recommend Riders Patch to anyone wanting quality shirts and quality customer service. Thank you, Riders Patch. P.S. the small shirts are being regifted!
